Do I need to have a large group to do a shopping tour?
No, our Melbourne Outlet Shopping Tour Public Tours are designed for individuals or small groups to join other like-minded shoppers. Our tours usually have between 8-10 people per bus. Some busy weekends will be up to 20. We do require a minimum of 4 guests for a public tour so you may be asked for a 2nd preferred date if your requested date has no other guests travelling.
What if I want to shop with a group of friends?
Please see our Private Shopping Tour page or ask us for something specific. Otherwise groups of up to 6 people are welcome to join our public tour.
What shops will we visit on an Outlet Shopping Tour - Bargains & Bubbles Tour?

Please note on your bookings if you have any preferences
Plus we source pop-up sales available on the day of your tour
How many shops will we visit on the tour?
On the Outlet Shopping Tour we have approximately 12 stops throughout the day depending on the group on the day. Some stops are just one outlet and some
are outlet streets which include lots of options.
What is the best day to do an Outlet Shopping Tour?
Any day is a good day to shop! BUT Saturdays are busiest. If you are free on a weekday the groups are generally smaller and the outlets will not be as crowded.
We do not offer Bargains & Bubbles Tour on Sundays as most of our warehouse outlets are closed. Sunday is a great day to visit the Queen Victoria Market, DFO South Wharf & Harbour Town Docklands as they have a fabulous atmosphere but if you want a more peaceful experience choose a Tuesday-Thursday.
Are you the Pink Shopping Bus of Melbourne?
No, Shopping Spree Tours, which had the big pink bus, operated in Melbourne for over 20 years but ceased operation a few years ago. Our Outlet Shopping Tour - Bargains & Bubbles Tours are similar.
Do you offer a shopping tour in the CBD of Melbourne?
No, we take you out of the central city. Our local Shopoholic tour guides will take you to places that are not easy to get to on your own. We recommend a walking tour through the Lanes & Arcades of Melbourne as this is the best way to find the boutiques and hidden secrets. Contact Us or see our 'Melbourne Tours' page for more information about this tour.
Can you offer Fundraising Shopping Tours for our School/Social Club?
We specialise in tours for Tourists, Cruise Ships, Conferences, Hens Days & Corporate Groups. Please ask and we can recommend a few other companies who specialise in Fundraising Shopping Tours.
LUNCH - Please see each tour page for more information on lunch.
Is lunch included on the tours?
Yes on the Outlet Shopping Tour. We offer a choice meals and various drinks. Meals are pre-ordered so we are not wasting good shopping time ordering lunch. Allergies and dietary restrictions can almost always be catered for. Please advise us upon booking so we can ensure that the café/restaurant is able to assist..
Private Tours can choose their lunch style. You can use one of our regular tour choices or upgrade to your choice. Hellenic Republic, operated by George Colambaris has a fantastic 3 course share-plate lunch option
The tour is called Bargains & Bubbles - I don't like champagne!
No problem – we offer a choice of Champers, soft drink, juices, beer, wine & hot drinks...
If I really want to buy a particular item/brand will you take me to that store?
Unless you are booking a private tour we cannot guarantee individual requests as there may not be an outlet close to the city and it may not suit the group itinerary, however our shopping hosts (Shopaholics) are flexible and we will definitely attempt to help to assist with your requirements. Please note on your booking if you have specific requests.
How far in advance do I have to book a tour?
We recommend that you book as soon as you know the date that you'd like to join us as our tours do sell out. Subject to availability you may be able to still book a seat the day before though.
Does the Outlet Shopping Tour - Bargains & Bubbles Tour operate on Public Holidays?
No, we do not operate most public holidays as most of our wholesalers are closed....but occasionally we do so it can't hurt to ask
Do the shopping tours just for women or can my husband join us?
Some men like shopping and are welcomed. We do visit shops that have men’s clothing & shoes. They will likely be the only male on the tour as 95%+ of our clients are women. Can they handle it?!?
